Book a consultation

Fifteen minutes, free, and there is nothing to prepare. It is a conversation to work out whether we are a good fit, and you are under no obligation to book anything afterwards.

What happens on the call

What actually happens on the call?

Victoria will ask what brought you here and what you are hoping for. You will get a sense of how she works, and she will be honest if she thinks someone else is a better fit. That is the whole call.

Do I have to explain everything?

No. You can say as much or as little as you want to. Fifteen minutes is not long enough to tell your whole story and you are not expected to try.

What if we are not a fit?

Then she will say so, and point you towards someone who is. A consultation is not a commitment, and finding out early is the point of having one.

What is the first full session like?

Sixty minutes. You will talk about why you are here, what you want to be different, and some of your history. It is a conversation to work out where to start, not a test.

What does it cost?

The consultation is free. For sessions, most major commercial plans and Maryland Medicaid are billed directly, and self-pay is $150 a session. The full list is here.

If the calendar does not load, book here instead.

If you are not ready to book, that is a reasonable place to be. If you are in crisis, the numbers you need are here. If you would rather read first, The Wellness Edit is where Victoria writes.
