Processing Time

Each item is hand poured in small batches. Orders are processed within 2 business days before shipping.

 

Domestic Shipping

We ship within the United States via Amazon fulfillment. Standard shipping typically arrives within 3 to 5 business days after processing. Orders of $70 or more ship free. Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee.

 

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

Ìtùnú is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed by the carrier once shipped. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 14 business days of delivery with photos of the damage.
