Meet the founder

The Visionary Behind the Calm

My goal is simple. Create pieces that help people exhale the moment they walk in.

Victoria is the founder of ìtùnú Co, a therapist, a model, and a creative who understands how much our spaces shape the way we feel. Her work blends emotional wellness with modern home design to create products that bring ease into everyday life.

Victoria grew up between cultures and learned early how important comfort and grounding can be. Her years as a mental health advocate guide the heart of the brand. She believes calm should be accessible and present in the small moments that make a home feel safe.

Her editorial eye, as a model, informs the visual language of ìtùnú Co. Clean ceramics. Soft tones. Minimal design. Products that feel warm, intentional, and quietly considered. The brand began in wellness and has expanded with a full home fragrance experience shaped by scent, texture, and emotional care.

Who she works with, and what tends to bring people in, is on the Ìtùnú Wellness page.

How I work

Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT)

We look at the thoughts running underneath a feeling and test whether they are actually true. Practical, and it gives you something to use between sessions.

Mindfulness-based intervention

Noticing what is happening in your body and your mind without immediately trying to fix it. It sounds like the easy one. It is the hardest one.

Solution-focused work

Starting from what you want more of rather than from what is wrong. Useful when the problem feels too large to face directly and the next step is small.

Somatic technique

Working with what the body is holding. Trauma is not only a story you tell; it sits in the shoulders, the jaw and the breath, and it can be reached there.

Narrative therapy

Looking at the story you have been told about yourself, and asking who was holding the pen. Then deciding what you want to keep.
