There is a difference between simply burning a candle and truly caring for one. The Ọ̀nà Care Set is designed for the latter. To experience the full life of your candle, you must tend to the flame. This architectural trio ensures a clean burn, eliminates smoke, and extends the longevity of your vessel. It turns the act of lighting a candle into a moment of intentionality.

The Instruments

  • The Trimmer: A clean cut is non-negotiable. The scissor arms step down through a shallow bend to a flat circular head that closes on the wick and catches the trimmings. Use it before every light to remove the "mushroom" cap, preventing soot and ensuring a steady, bright flame.

  • The Snuffer: Never blow out a candle; it ruins the scent you just filled the room with. A straight-sided cylindrical cup hangs level on a hinge at the end of the handle, so it drops cleanly over the flame and puts it out without smoke or wax splatter.

  • The Aligner: Precision matters. A tapered blade with a small hooked tip, for centring a drifting wick or bending it into the wax pool to extinguish it without smoke. It keeps the burn even for the next use.

The Method

  1. Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before lighting.

  2. Centre the wick if it has drifted.

  3. Snuff the flame when your rest is complete.

Choose your finish: matte black, or antique bronze with patina in the recesses.
